Thank you for your interest in Nanok's products. In the text below you will find the conditions that apply to your purchase and what rights you have. If you have any questions, just contact us, and we will explain if something is unclear to you as a customer. We hope you enjoy your purchase!

GENERALLY

For you, who are a private person, the Distance Contracts Act applies (see below regarding the right of withdrawal) and the Consumer Purchase Act, which has strict provisions, which means that the law applies, even though you have agreed otherwise. For companies, including sole traders, the Purchase Act applies, which is dispositive, which means that agreements between companies apply primarily before the law.

We follow the Personal Data Act (PUL). When you, as a private individual, have registered and placed your order, you also agree that we store and use your personal information in our business in order to be able to fulfill our obligations to you in the best possible way. We protect your information according to PUL, and you have the right to have access to the information and to have it deleted if you so wish.

Should any condition be found to be invalid according to what applies under Swedish or EU law, this shall not mean that the terms of purchase in their entirety become invalid, but the invalid condition shall in that case be replaced by equivalent legal text.

ORDERING

If you are under 18, you must have a parent's permit. Such permission can be given by a parent sending their express permission to us by e-mail. All false orders are tracked down and reported to the police, and if we have suffered financial damage, we will demand damages.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
When you add goods to the shopping cart and go to the checkout, it is clear which payment method applies, whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and which VAT rate applies in a given case. Delivery takes place within 3-14 days, usually within a week, unless it is stated when ordering that the delivery time is longer. Delivery means that the goods are sent from us within the specified time. In addition, Postnord's delivery times. We reserve the right to make any delays due to factors beyond our control.

In addition to the price, there may be costs for shipping. These are listed at the online store's checkout. Normally no additional fees are added, but if this is the case, it will be clear during the ordering process.

When you place your order, it is stated at checkout which delivery method applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provided at the time of ordering is correct. Delivery takes place only within Sweden and within the EU.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPPING
It is your responsibility to redeem the shipment at the delivery point within the time specified on the notice. If you can not receive the package upon delivery, or do not pick up your package at the place of delivery, it will be sent back to us, and we may then charge you a reasonable amount for shipping and administrative costs. If this cost is not paid, the demand for collection is submitted.

CANCELLATION
A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. You can cancel your order at no cost to you until the order has been executed. After this time, you, who ordered to your company, are obliged to receive the delivery. Private individuals have a right of withdrawal, see under the heading "Right of withdrawal". Companies that cancel a specially manufactured product must pay compensation for costs incurred up to the cancellation and for non-profit.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
With us, you have the right to withdraw for 30 days. You have no right of withdrawal if you ordered an item that was manufactured according to your instructions or that has otherwise been given a clear personal touch. Please note that by law it is you who must pay for the return shipping costs and by law you may pay for a depreciation of an item to the extent that it is due to you handling the item to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item. If you ordered several items or the item you ordered consists of several parts, the withdrawal period begins to run when you have received the last item and the last part of the item, respectively. If you regret the purchase, the product must be returned unused, in undamaged condition and with unbroken packaging / sealing / technical sealing.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the instructions under the tab "Customer service". You will without delay receive a confirmation that we have received your notification, after which we will decide whether you meet the conditions required to be able to apply the right of withdrawal. You will then receive a reply by e-mail from us, in which case with information on how to return the item.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days from the day we received the notice of right of withdrawal.

RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
If you feel that the product does not meet your expectations, you can contact us within 14 days before you send the product back.

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

You can, within 2 years after receiving the products, file a complaint about products that are defective or otherwise do not follow your wishes. You must then send us a complaint with your name, your address and e-mail address, your order number and a list of the goods to which the complaint applies. You must file your complaint as soon as possible after the defect is discovered. All complaints submitted within two months of the defect being discovered are counted as submitted in good time.

We repair and try to repair any defective products that have arisen from the company and are responsible for costs that arise in connection with the products being sent back to us.

Our goal is for the products to last for many years of daily use. You as a customer are always welcome to contact us if your item has been worn or if something has broken, such as a button or loop.
