Nanoks is a Swedish company with its roots in a small village right by the northernmost port of the Gulf of Bothnia. I am the founder, manufacturer and designer, Sara.

For me, it is important that all materials are of a high quality. I only use vegetable tanned reindeer skins, which means that the skins are tanned with bark instead of e.g. chromium. The skins are organic and the surface becomes, in my opinion, more alive than with a chemical tanning. Good both for you as a customer and for the environment! I also take care of the local and shop as much as possible locally, to keep the transport distances down. All skins come from reindeer that lived in our beautiful Swedish forests and mountains!

Genuinely handmade crafts in natural materials from Norrbotten. Sales via the web shop and at trade fairs. Provides craft courses and activities at, for example, bridal showers and "try in the evenings".
